The community at every workout is great and the training feels like a "team," even if everyone is doing a different exercise in the circuit. The staff do a phenomenal job of motivating you to go harder but also making sure you know your workout limits and don't push yourself beyond your limit. There's a Little Free Library here with nature books for kids. My daughter just LOVES getting a book about a new animal each time we go here. Bring your old nature books to share with other kids.”

“Great experience for our tired group from traveling. We had never tried a Korean BBQ before so stopped for dinner. The women were very kind and helpful. Yes, there is a language barrier but we were able to figure it out. The nice woman cooked our food for us on the grill. We were a group of 3 and there was more than enough food brought out. We were very full when we left! The food was very delicious. My favorite was the spicy chicken & brisket. We mentioned that we liked spicy foods so not sure if the chicken would have been spicy without saying so.”
