“The entire staff is very friendly and professional and the woman at the front desk knows my name by sight since my second visit, a very subtle and welcoming gesture that makes me almost feel like a VIP. Dr. Nasser is clearly very busy and the visits go by very quickly, but he always takes the time to answer any questions (as does the rest of the staff) and I have never felt rushed in any way. The single issue I have had (and only had once) was waiting over half an hour in the waiting area watching Bob Ross for an appointment for which I was on time. This was an aberration as most other visits I hadn't even had time to check my email before being called. However, this is a significant pet peeve of mine and felt it should be mentioned. Overall and otherwise though, I'm not sure how I could be more pleased with my experience there, would highly recommend!”

“I have been seeing Dr. Panozzo for a few years, and I highly recommend her!! She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond every visit. She is thorough and clearly knows her stuff. Her bedside manner is perfect. She is so warm and friendly, she listens well, addresses every concern, and never rushes the visit. Even awkward topics don't feel uncomfortable. If I didn't feel so comfortable with her, I'd probably slack much more on my physicals and health care. So thankful for Dr. Panozzo!”

“Enjoyed my experience at the Look Well spa service area of Midwest Sleep and Wellness clinic. Had the 90 minute facial with Kelly and was very pleased with the service. Started with a consultation on the facial services I wanted to target such as anti-aging and hydration. This facial included multiple steps and a relaxing hand/arm and neck shoulder massage. Will be coming back for other services offered along with the facials. Would recommend.”

“I was referred to Dr.JaJeh as I had an abnormal EKG. It was my first visit. He put me at ease with his warm and pleasant manner. He was thorough as he asked me about my medical history, tests, and lab results, and then he examined me. I was scheduled to have a procedure the next day. In his opinion, it was inadvisable. I asked him to phone the other doctor to discuss my case. He did so right away, and it was cancelled. Then had his staff call for other tests that I needed. I was very impressed by the care I was given.”

“Dr. Ermil Wagner has been my doctor for over 23 years, so I am writing this review to set someone’s unfair Google review straight. This unfair review was highlighted on the search engine sidebar. The reviewer gave Dr. Wagner a single star review without ever meeting him. Apparently, this person stormed out after waiting 65 minutes. The impatient reviewer cost himself a great doctor. In an age where people want things instantly, I feel extremely fortunate that Dr. Wagner is my primary care physician. For over 23 years, Dr. Wagner has conscientiously taken the time to fully understand and address my health issues and needs. Dr. Wagner is a 5-star doctor who cares about each and every patient. He’s a professional who is willing to put his patient before an office schedule, when necessary. If you are looking for an assembly line physician who will push out the door as fast as possible then maybe Dr. Wagner isn’t your guy. If, however your looking for a highly skilled physician who truly cares and will spend the time required to address your health concerns, Dr. Wagner is your guy. Over the years Dr. Wagner has always been there for me and mine, he has never let us down, in the past this dedicated doctor has given up his time off to squeeze us in simply because we needed him.”
