Customer service is always great when I come into this location. I never feel rushed. They also have a wide variety of different frames to choose from.

Mind blown. Inadvertently sat on my glasses and reeeeally screwed them up. I didn't buy them there though so I didn't think they would fix them. Not only did were they fixed within a few minutes but NO charge. When does that EVER happen?! I highly recommend and will definitely be getting my next pair(s) there! Thank you so much!

My name is Chris and I was there today 2/25. This place was AMAZING. Customer service was Absolutely incredible. Staff was Super friendly, you can tell they like putting in hours there. Dr Helms was awesome, extremely personable, really nice guy. He got my RX nailed down. Monica helped me with my glasses and checking out - it was seamless. Establishment was very clean, orderly, very wide selection of glasses in everyones price range. I tried to find a negative but I couldnt. HIGHLY recommend.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kim, the Office Manager was a HUGE help in making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and she helped me pick out my frames as well. Monica is awesome! She broke down how much my insurance would cover, pricing, etc. I had three choices I was deciding on and Monica helped me in my decision to pick the right pair. Thank you two so much!

It was my first time coming to AccuVISION. I have to say they have the best customer services and they help you own in any type of way. My sales advisor Lilia is just amazing and very informative. She helped me throughout my visit suggesting and making sure I picked the right glasses for me. She also went through my policy to see how much I have to pay and cover. She's very friendly and always explains everything in detail and always gives you the best options that way you don't over spend. I really do recommend this place and if you get Lilia, I promise you she won't disappoint you and you will like her.
