GREAT company to have representing you during the "wonderful" experience of a DOT audit. They not only knew what I was going through as a company sidelined with a "conditional" rating, but also knew what was needed to fix things, and most importantly, got my company back on the right track. Compliance is a wonderful thing!! They were obviously efficient, fast and right on!!
I had initially signed up with "brand x". They got us through the initial response and fine negotiating, and did a good job, in that reference. However, when it came to applying for the actual upgrade; I felt just inundated with the request for paperwork; some of which had little to do with the actual "violations" we incurred. I just couldn't find the time to gather everything they indicated was needed. I was looking at months of operating with a Conditional Rating.
Then CDL Consultants (Thank you Stephanie) came along, and offered a "no cost" evaluation of the Audit. They quickly suggested a quick response (Thank you Giselle) to just the actual violations. They then guided me through the "mini audit" of corrections (Thank you Ryan!!) and away we went.....weeks NOT months..and we were soon approved for the Upgrade.
Stephanie, Giselle and Ryan did a fantastic job!!! Would HIGHLY recommend them when the need arises. Stay safe out there!!
