My wife and I were initially on the fence about whether to hire a day-of-coordinator, but in the end I am SO HAPPY that we did - and in particular that we chose WOW. I shudder to imagine how differently the day might have gone without them. Even in the weeks leading up to the big day we were regularly impressed with how many small (and not so small) details we had completely ignored, but the girls at WOW were on top of everything. They were extremely thorough and professional, but were also very accommodating to our particular quirks and even some annoying last-minute problems/changes. On the actual day of the wedding they handled decoration and setup, finding at least a dozen different ways to improve the venue that we hadn't even considered or asked for. During the ceremony and reception they kept everything moving and made sure that everyone was where they needed to be. Having the girls from WOW on site made everything much less stressful than I expected... from our perspective everything just worked. It was exactly what we were hoping for when hiring a coordinator. My wife and I couldn't be happier.”

“I decided to come here after having bad experience with Blain's farm and fleet and the way my wife got treated at Waukegan Tire I had done business here before but not for many years I bought a set of tires that got mounted and the mechanic told me in twice to talk to me about why he couldn't align the front end it was very informative and not trying to sell me anything just trying to give me the information so I could talk to my mechanic to get it fixed so he could properly align it this is the kind of place that I like and I will be bringing my business back here and I think the mechanic several times as I was happy to have the talk with him about my front end this is a good place to come to to get tires and not be sold a bill of goods”

“I was introduced to Kathy through my realtor as part of the sale of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased. I didn't know what to expect but I wanted to get the best possible price for my home. Kathy came in and reviewed the whole house with me. She took pictures and made suggestions that would make the house appear better for potential buyer. Kathy was very professional and thorough. What I loved best was her suggestions were effective but didn't break the bank. It was amazing to me how changing the color of the walls and moving some of the furniture could make such a difference. Things I would have never thought of made my house look better. She also made suggestions on how to keep the house show ready with kids which was essential. When she left she gave me a checklist and paint swatches. Then I received the e-mails (I think I counted 15) with pictures and details regarding all her suggestions so I didn't have to be perfect in taking notes through out her visit. Plus I could go back to the e-mails and pictures for review (this was extremely helpful). I was under contract in less than a week getting above asking price and I am positive that Kathy's help definitely made a difference in that. She allowed us to put our best foot forward when selling our house. I can not thank her enough!”
