“I was introduced to Kathy through my realtor as part of the sale of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased. I didn't know what to expect but I wanted to get the best possible price for my home. Kathy came in and reviewed the whole house with me. She took pictures and made suggestions that would make the house appear better for potential buyer. Kathy was very professional and thorough. What I loved best was her suggestions were effective but didn't break the bank. It was amazing to me how changing the color of the walls and moving some of the furniture could make such a difference. Things I would have never thought of made my house look better. She also made suggestions on how to keep the house show ready with kids which was essential. When she left she gave me a checklist and paint swatches. Then I received the e-mails (I think I counted 15) with pictures and details regarding all her suggestions so I didn't have to be perfect in taking notes through out her visit. Plus I could go back to the e-mails and pictures for review (this was extremely helpful). I was under contract in less than a week getting above asking price and I am positive that Kathy's help definitely made a difference in that. She allowed us to put our best foot forward when selling our house. I can not thank her enough!”
