“Very big location. They had a ton of stuff marked down which is always a plus! Most of the shirts on clearance were Disneyland shirts... or sure what that is all about. Maybe because it's an outlet store they get merchandise from the theme park that doesn't sell, either way, decent selection. We purchased Cars 3 merchandise for our 3 year old.”

We were in for service and cleaning on our jewelry; in general conversation, my wife referenced that she experienced an issue with a jewelry company whose customer service failed to attempt to research their obligation for a lifetime warranty. My wife had in possession of the purchase receipt from 2006. Long story short, Barb made a phone call to the company (which will later fall under Kays), got results and gave us a clear explanation concerning the warranty.
