“I have been using Volo Storage for about a year now. This place is top notch! The lady that is almost always working at the front desk (can't remember her name) is an absolute darling of a person. She is so friendly, nice, caring, and respectful, that I have been beyond surprised at her level of hospitality. Most people wake up and go to work, and may or may not be in a bad mood (which shows both ways). This wonderful lady seems to wake up under a rainbow with the sound of a babbling brook and wild horses running in the distance lol. An absolute gem of a person. Even though the storage unit is now 45 minutes out of my way from a Chicago suburb, there is no chance I would ever take my belongings somewhere else. They have my business for the entire time I live with an hour or two of the location :) Seriously, if you need a place to keep your things for any amount of time, do yourself a favor and go here. Security is excellent, and again the customer service is the best I've seen! Now quit reading a review, and get back to moving your stuff.”

“The people managing the location were very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered easily, and the space was clean when I toured the facility. Onsite elevators were of moderate size, but you might struggle to fit a couch or large bed in them. Overall, very pleased with their setup and their services.”
