You need your driver's license or state ID and your insurance card if you have one. The test is free. They need your information for statistics and contact tracing. You never leave your car. You fill out your form. Pull forward in line. Turn in you form and wait to be tested. When it is your turn you pull forward They check your name and information. They do a gentle naisel swab and in a few days they call you with the results. You can get tested as many times as you want. The have a daily limit of around 700 tests. This is great service.
