Safety here is #1 and you can tell as such by the way you learn moves, the instructions you receive, and the rules of the gym. I love that aerial has given me a new way to challenge my body - new muscles and flexibility I didn't know I could still achieve as an adult. It's also a mental challenge to get you to do something that can be scary, but ultimately so rewarding! Can we also talk relationships? Camaraderie here is important and we all build on each others' success so why not cheer each other on? Our gym has become a happy place for me, a small escape from the chaos of life where we try fun, new things and make each other laugh and feel better from whatever the day held for us before class. And how could I ever do something so challenging, and continue to do it, if I didn't wholeheartedly trust the instructor? When you're upside-down or high above the ground, trust in your instructor is imperative. Tera has helped me learn patience with myself, trust in my ability, and faith in what is possible. I could not ask for a better space to be (safely) adventurous!”

“Amazing experience with this shop today. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. My exhaust was completely rusted out and we look at it together and spoke transparently about what would be done and pricing. The finished product came out really nice and I'm extremely happy with the results. We also identified a different problem with one of the power steering lines. They pretty much diagnosed it for me (I was sitting there with them trying to figure it out as well) then asked if I wanted them to take care of it. All in all, this place is awesome. They do great work, are extremely transparent with what they're doing, and their pricing is very competitive. Couldn't be happier with what they're doing over here. Highly recommend”
