“RKM helped us with the design process of updating our outdated and dark kitchen. Vicki Hake was the designer who helped bring our vision to life. By using inspiration pictures and rough measurements we emailed her, she was able to get an idea of exactly what we hoped for from the list of changes we wanted. From the start, her demeanor was kind and respectful. Her excitement helped keep us excited through the whole process. She communicated often about design plans, ordering materials, and scheduling installation; and if there was ever a delay with something she immediately contacted us with an apology and explanation. We were grateful to be able to visit RKM's showroom with Vicki and see the materials in person that were to be used. It really helped give us a real life visual of the digital plan Vicki drafted for us. The contractors who installed everything were just as professional and friendly as Vicki.
