“I really love living at Marian Heights. The staff is friendly, as are almost all of the neighbors. The rooms are larger than other units in the area. It is pet-friendly. You can get dinner during the week on-site. One-bedroom units each have a walk-in closet. There is a library, beauty shop, two laundry rooms, exercise room and chapel. Heat/AC, sewer, water and trash are included in the rent, which is based on annual income. I cannot think of another rent-controlled apartment complex where I would rather live.”
