It is obvious that most of these people have no details to share about "why" they're leaving a bad review. I wish people would put as much effort into being good as they do being negative. We used TFH and they were the most honest, patient, and helpful company. They helped us so much through our insurance claim, and made sure we were very well taken care of. Very informing and let's you know step by step of what's going on during procedures. Her assistant Erica, I believe was her name was excellent as well. Communication was great.
