“Online checking wasn't working, there were only two people in the waiting room and they went from stylists in every chair down to one cutting and one massaging herself with the wand. An hour wait that was due to poor management and work ethic. This is an update to the review. I initially rated a 2 due to the above. I changed my rating to a 4. The regional manager called me to discuss the concerns and was extremely professional regarding how the situation was handled.”
