“Arrived at gateway regional urgent care in glen carbon, with severe right ear pain. The lady at the front desk was nice. The nurse Linda McCloud that treated me was also very nice and informative. She legitimately cared. I was given two prescriptions that made my excruciating ear pain manageable. She also gave me a note to be excused from work so that my Infected ear could heal. Dr. Thayer has been treating me for a few months, and with time and adjustments, even my daily MIGRAINES went away after working on my neck. My back has been getting better as well! The main shout out I want to give is Dr. Thayers employee, Logan. Though it’s expected that I’ll be sore tomorrow, he took careful time with the pre-adjustment treatment, and after this particular appointment, I am, for the first time in YEARS, *pain FREE*.
