On the strength of a referral from another vendor we brought Carey/ITA in to handle our transition from a server-based to a cloud-based system for our office and he was fantastic from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough. It took a few visits to the office, each spanning several hours, to complete this relatively complex job and it went very smoothly. There were a few small bumps during the transition as there always are, but in each instance Carey handled the problem quickly and professionally resulting in a positive outcome. Carey also returned to our office the following week to fix a completely unrelated issue with our WiFi that was affecting our new IP phone system. Carey is just a great guy and a real professional who made what could have been a hair-pulling experience into a smooth evolution. “My husband and I are long time customers of Trusty Chords - in response to the cyber attack, I can tell they are fake because the reviews make no sense at all. The store is always clean and organized. Additionally, the employees have never once been rude to us or any other patron in the store. Colin is helpful, attentive, down to earth, and knowledgeable. We never met him before coming to his store, so there is no personal friendship with him, only business. As such, I have nothing to gain by writing a positive review, other than to support a business I stand behind. The rest of these negative reviews are obviously by “people” that have never even shopped there before. Don’t trust them. See for yourself!”

“We have had multiple audio/video projects installed by Premier Audio Video at our home. The latest project included a wall mounted large HDTV TV on an articulating mount. We also decided to cut the cord and they installed an attic antenna to all TVs in the house for the clearest HD and full surround sound. We then had them integrate a Fire Stick to our Control4 system. Tim Root even programmed the remote to work with the new Fire Stick. Everything worked flawlessly. Finally I wanted everything to work with our whole home audio system and he made that happen as well. Premier Audio Video comes highly recommended.”
