“First time for me. Just moved and my washer and dryer were not hooked up yet. I used 2 Queen Speed washers, in the front of the business, but several pieces of clothing got caught under the black vinyl seal and never got washed and it said $3.50 per wash and I ended up putting $4.00 in each. Also, I couldn't stop the washer to pick them out from beneath the black seal. Next time I'll use the queen speed washers in the back, they look newer. Otherwise, the business was clean and I appreciated the rolling baskets.”

“My apartment here was my first experience living away from my parents. I lived here with my girlfriend and our two cats. The community is lovely, the location is great (about 5 minutes away from SIUE campus and near town), and management is always willing to help! We’re moving out of state now, but otherwise we would absolutely stay here! The only problem is that online maps don’t help to get to specific buildings, so sometimes deliveries end up in at the wrong buildings. I would recommend Silver Oaks and Silver Oaks II apartments to anyone!”
