New shower, drywall, sun tunnel, paneling, etc. Gene was very transparent every step of the way. Everything was written out, no hidden costs or random add-ons. It's been over a year since the remodel and we are still so pleased with the work. Gene worked with our budget and let us make changes to the estimate so it saved in some places and upgraded in others. Got some summertime pj's for $5.50, that are wonderful. Also some purple garden boots that are perfect for less than $6.00. The fruit is amazing there, as well as EVERYTHING. “Honestly this isn't a bad appartment complex at all. Cheap rent and pretty nice units. Updated appliances, maintenance responds very quickly, and as long as you pay your rent the staff leave you alone. My only complaints are that you aren't allowed to have anything at all outside or they will throw it away and charge you $50 for doing so, and neighbors have no respect when it comes to being noisy. Loud car stereos, running up and down stairs all hours of the night, and loud kids.”
