“Excellent service from start to finish! I got a quote over the phone after the gentleman recommended tires that would work with how I use my car and had an appointment scheduled for 12/30. I was able to bring in my car the same day I made my appointment, 12/27, after calling back to let them know one tire was now flat and would just make it to their shop after I put a bit more air in it. My car was finished on 12/29, a day early! I didn’t need the car, and let them know when I turned over the key, but they were able to get it done ahead of time. The quote I received over the phone was exactly what I paid. Everyone is very nice there and they have great customer service! Highly recommend Jerry’s Tires if you’re in need of new tires!”

“Late Saturday as I was trying to finish the first mow of the year, our year old Troy Built Pony rider mower slipped a belt so the blade wouldn't engage. I was distressed being new to the area & not knowing how to get this fixed? A friend of mine told me about this business & made a call on Sunday, no less, to see if I could get my mower in. The mower was dropped off late Sunday afternoon. By Monday end of business, it was good as new. I also got a brief in-service on the best way to care for it going forward. What a relief!! “We got a flat tire just 20 minutes away and the tow truck got to us just in time for us to make it to Walmart, barely at 6:56 p.m. All of the employees were kind and courtious. You have an amazing staff that cares. My only suggestion is to have the tire shop open later then 7. You would make big money. There are no tire shops open past 7 around this area.”

“I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give 7. I recently had my car repaired at another facility, and they forgot to attach a couple of hose clamps. On the day after Christmas, my wife and I packed everything up to make a trip to Paducah to see my parents... Well, the hoses popped off. I reattached them, and fixed the claps, but the damage was done. The thermostat was blown. I got a tow to the AutoCare Center in Troy, but they were closed. I waited overnight, called first thing in the morning, and was given reassurance that they would do their best - and they did a really good job! They got my car done in a very reasonable amount of time with the highest level of professionalism. If I'm ever in the area again and I have a need for any automotive work, I'll be coming here.”

“Every other shop was booked 2 weeks out and I needed a leaking brake line on our Jeep fixed ASAP. Meineke got me in within 20 minutes of calling them(which was right at closing time for them) and fixed the issue the next day. The manager on duty waited 15 minutes after the actual closing time for me to get the Jeep to him and drop off keys. Great experience!”

“I'm new to the Edwardsville area after only moving here in January. So when I was rear-ended back in November, I was lucky that my folks knew a place in the area with a high success rate, and not too far of a drive. The appraisal process was easy to set up and didn't take more than 15 minutes. They recommended that I drop my car off for repairs after all the parts arrived first due to my job requiring I drive a lot. They commented, "this way the repairs won't take nearly as long." Their level of communication was great, making sure to let me know when all the replacement parts had arrived, when my vehicle was in its final stages of repairs, and when it was ready for pickup. The best part of Caliber Collision was their flexibility with my schedule. If you can spend a minute to call them in advance, they will offer you a grace period like they did for me - whether I was 20 minutes late to drop my car off, or showing up minutes before they closed to pick up it up. The crew behind the repairs deserve a huge thanks. They know their craft because it only took them three days to complete my vehicle. Another huge thanks as well to the gals at the front desk for answering all my questions and waiting till the doors closed on Friday to get my car back - seriously, you folks went the extra mile.
