Not a single complaint from being overwhelmed and over worked ( which most places have a tendency to do) I know I was a nurse years ago. They have taken care of my stepdad who now is in hospice care on a private unit also giving grief help for my mother. It’s nice to walk through a facility to see everyone working together.. I would highly recommend taking your loved one there!”

I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you.
