Both times we were very lucky, but last year the fire was close and we couldn't visit our site for a week - with nobody to take care of our inventory, we experienced some loss. Hortica was prompt, helpful, clear in what they needed, and they treated us like people who'd just suffered a scare/loss - not like people trying to take their money (like some insurance companies can be).
