“The nicest farm and best starts. I'll be back year after year for the great plants and seeds this family provides. Plus she sells goats. (I don't want one but I think it's cool)”

“The icecream was really good. The girl was very nice taking the order when we FINALLY got to the window. The guy making the concrete was quick getting it to us. We will go back sometime.”

“This was our first stop on one of our road trips and it should be yours too if you love antiquing or just looking at old stuff that you might have had as a kid -- or even maybe your parents had. If you get there early, you can always stop in their sweets shop to try out the fudge! In terms of how much time you should allot here, try at least a half hour. It might not look huge on Google Maps but it has a basement and an upstairs area! The staff is very friendly too. We would definitely stop here again if we were in the area.”

“This is a wonderful find about an hour from home. We rented one cabin, son and his wife another cabin, daughter and husband another cabin. It was perfect! Cabins are clean, fishing is good, and owners are great! We also got excellent food from the winery. We will return when we can get cabins!”

“We just enjoyed yet another egg-cellent breakfast with world-class service at the Country Inn Cafe & Motel! We do so almost every week. The food is always hot and cooked to order. The facilities are organized and clean. The staff is always warm and friendly. You really cannot ask for much more at a small town location. The setting and vibe is a perfect combination of Luke's Diner meets Cheers 😁. They also offer delectable lunch and dinner specials, including some of the best fried chicken around 🤤🤤. I have never had the need to stay at the motel. But I have had several friends and family stay at the motel and they always rave about the friendly staff as well as the neatness and cleanliness of the rooms. (Not to mention, very reasonable all the way around) P.S. Try Grandma's homemade biscuits (with sausage gravy) and massive cinnamon rolls! I promise that you will not be disappointed!”

“I live in this town, and the absence of gas is temporary, while inconvenient, but having brand new tanks and a repaved parking lot will be more than worth it.”

“This is one of the nicest antique shops along I-55. It is fairly large. It is well-maintained. It has a lot of very nice things. It seems quite classy as far as antique malls go. We found some of what we were looking for there. If you are into dishes or glassware, there seems to be quite a bit to look through here.”

“The food was good but, the atmosphere and the service were great. We loved the fried pickles and cheese curds. The burgers were good, as well as the Philly cheese steak. It was a little pricey but, worth it for the experience. We loved the ice cream and the funnel cake too. The fifties diner vibe was authentic and a fun experience.”
