“I don't leave reviews often, but I was looking for the number to the office and saw the last review and figured it was worth leaving a review. That woman below me sounds delusional. I've lived in Cary for at least 12 years and have never had an issue with this office. I've lost my receipt once and they were able to recover it once I gave them the date, time and amount of the transaction. All these reviews with people complaining about having wrong streets on your package, especially the lady sending stuff to Poland, you're an idiot and it's your fault that you can't put down the correct street, especially on international packages. (I've sent stuff to family in Poland via Polamer and it sometimes gets lost, even though I'm not stupid enough to put the wrong street like someone in the reviews.) As far as professionalism and treatment, I have not been treated poorly here and if anything, the employees and postmaster have gone above and beyond to help with issues I may have had, as well as my family members that had any issues. The only way I can see anyone getting hung up on is if the person called and was rude first. I've worked jobs before in customer service and I can say from experience the customer is not always right. Just by the way that lady below me writes her review, I can tell she must be a blast to talk to and may need to find a hobby aside from starting problems with people. (Protip: Her only positive reviews are at a tanning salon. Should give you a hint at the kind of person she is.) Keep up the great work.”
