“This is not a knock on the teachers, staff or facility. However, the administrator Danielle is completely incompetent. We took a tour of the facility and filled out all the paper work with an agreed start date. We had a long talk about our daughter not being potty trained and we were assured since she was 2 the room she would be in did not require potty training. We got a call less than 2 weeks before the start date and was told there was no room for our daughter. Danielle said that it was due to us putting the wrong age and date of birth on the forms. I am sorry but what parent gets their kids age or birthday wrong? She should be ashamed, embarrassed and offered no apology. I will be going in to see where in fact we wrote that she was 3. Edit: The owner contacted us and was incredibly apologetic and we were able to get our child in their Cary school. If you send your child here just make sure the administrator knows you are registered.”

“I really appreciate that they are open 7 days a week, but don't charge those inflated emergency vet prices. Everyone there is very caring and attentive. The facility is always very clean. They are also open late, which is a huge help for people who don't get home until 5 or 6 p.m.”

My mother has resided at the memory care facility for the past three years and I am grateful everyday for their exceptional care. The staff is very caring and attentive to every resident, assisting whenever needed. Activities are provided on a regular basis. I feel welcome whenever I visit my mom. As my mother’s dementia progresses, the Autumn Leaves staff and the nurses are always informing me of what needs to be done to continue her treatment. Their communication with family is wonderful, helpful and always knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful and makes residents and their family feel like they are home.”
