“My family and I have been buying from here for the past many years. Not just a steak or two. We buy cows and have them butchered, cut, & packaged. We'd get boxes upon boxes of different cuts of beef. We used to get pork as well and we'd fill the entire back of a full size SUV with all the boxes, then split all the meat between 3 of our families. It would be enough to feed us for a year. Seems like either the prices have increased more or I'm not figuring things out correctly, but this year we got about the same amount of beef as last year despite roughly a 600lb difference in the cow this year (an increase of weight). Depite the difference, the meat is good and the cuts are great. If full or half cows aren't what you want, you can go inside their little shop and buy specifically what you want. From flavored (or not) bacon to porterhouse or T-bone steaks. Even the hearts, livers, and heads of cows or pigs.”
