Sara and Kaitlyn are excellent Physical Therapists. Worked my right shoulder back to pain free and then tortured (LOL) my knees back to stability. They are very courteous, friendly and concerned about getting us patients back into working order.
And Mary at the front desk is the best receptionist in town! She efficiently follows up with insurance and Doctor’s office to get scheduled in for appointments.

After knee replacement this skilled staff got me back to normal very quickly and without too much pain. I highly recommend this group of professionals for their talent, patience and kindness.

I had never been to therapy before, and I learned that therapy is not just about doing exercises, but learning how to manage pain going forward. The therapists at Waterloo not only cared for me during my visits but answered all of my questions (I had many) and ensured I could manage alone after my visits came to an end. Terrific group of people. My daughter received therapy a few years ago and then recently myself for an elbow tendonitis. The staff truly listen to how the exercises provided went at home and based on that and if needed change the regimen. Enjoyed the atmosphere over the course of my several weeks of therapy. It is evident that the staff enjoy what they do.

The therapist are amazing and thorough! They listen to your concerns and are genuinely interested in YOUR healing. I had a wonderful experience at this office. I highly recommend it!
