  Camp Wartburg was a great place for our family reunion! The kids liked the outdoor activities. It was nice to be able to focus on God while reconnecting with our extended family.

  My kids love camp Wartburg and my son is now a Junior Counselor with hopes to be a counselor someday. My daughter is looking forward to being a JC someday too but for now loves making new friends each summer while learning about Christ! ✝️

  Camp Wartburg is a faith-based, fun environment where groups can explore nature and grow through team building and other activities (such as High Ropes, archery, canoeing, hikes, etc.). Summer campers enjoy the outdoors unencumbered by technology. Retreat groups range from secular college groups to Christian-based church retreats to outdoor education field trips.

  My children have been attending the day camp for two summers now. I can't say enough good things about Camp Wartburg. The staff and the counselors are very organized, super compassionate, and wonderful with the kids. They are spending time swimming and doing outdoor and teamwork activities - no electronics! It's also a very loving, strongly Christian environment. My children feel like they are a part of a family, and are so sad when summer is over each year!

  This place is honestly one of the best camps to send your kids to. I worked there for a whole summer as a counselor and I got to see first hand how much people really enjoy it. There's so much to do and learn! Personally, my favorite part about the camp, as a kid who attended the camps and as a counselor, is the high ropes course. It's hard to pick just one thing that I love most about this place. The people who work there are so caring and compassionate, they become like a family.
