Groves Storage

I am renting a unit with Groves Storage. The folks who own and operate this facility are prompt with answers when called. They are professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed by the security measures, the cleanliness and organized layout of the storage facility. I was at the unit this morning around 0525. I was a bit concerned about sufficient lighting as I wanted to drop off more things to my storage unit. To say the area was well lit would be an understatement. I had no issue at all seeing inside my unit. I could see my unit from route 3. lol I am at peace knowing my things will be protected.

I called and left a message with 4 different camper storage places and Groves and 1 other place were the only ones to call me back. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and professional. 24hr gate access and 24hr Surveillance provides peace of mind. Strongly suggest using Groves for your storage needs.

Very nice setup. Tenants are assigned their own security gate code which raises security to the next level. You never have to leave your vehicle entering or leaving as there is an automatic vehicle sensor for exiting. Slips are level and the placement of side marker poles makes backing in a breeze. Very clean and orderly. Setting up rental could not have been any easier as it was all online.

5 stars all the way. It was very easy and fully automated to lease a storage unit. I received an e-mail almost immediately with the unit number and the pass code for the gate. I then contacted Melissa to see about borrowing their moving van and she made it very easy to get me set up for that. We borrowed the van today and it was a HUGE HELP!! We would have had to make two trips without the van and that would have been a nightmare. You can't beat getting a free van to use to move your stuff. The storage unit was cleaned and ready to go. It couldn't have been any better. Thank You Groves Storage!!!!

Very nice customer service. Great prices compared to other local storage companies - Groves actually answered my questions were the other companies never even responded to my request for information. The storage lot is nice and open and it was very easy for us to park out 33.5' travel trailer in our well marked spot we rented. I would highly recommend Groves to my friends and family.
