Needed a storage shed ASAP. Was able to reserve online and met later that day for the key. Sheds are very clean!! Billing is so easy online. Owners are so nice!
Monroe County storage was very easy to work with. I needed a place to store things for a move, so I made some phone calls. Naturally this was on a weekend so all I got was answering machines. Thanks to another review I saw that they have a website where you can book storage units and pay your bills. I went online and booked the unit. About half an hour later I received a call from the owner. They met me to give me the key and all my stuff was in storage that day.
