Many times while I was sitting in her chair people have come in asking her to fix other hairdressers’ mistakes. She takes the time to really listen to you and spend her time with just you!!! Rarely do you find a stylist that can make your hair look exactly like a picture or meet your expectations. Stephanie has NEVER let me down! She also is very caring and compassionate. We all tell her our day to day problems. You know “hair therapy”. But she does really care. She will send a text in the middle of the week just to check on you. She is an incredible hairdresser and person!! I am glad I found her.”

Anne called me to ask for clarification of exactly what I wanted bc she wasn't there at the time of dropoff, even asked if I could send her the picture of what I was looking for that I showed the other girls in the morning. We talked about what I was looking for in his haircut, as a double-coated dog can be tricky and she did a GREAT job- as close to exactly what I was hoping for as humanly possible. Charley is always so happy when I pick him up, I can tell he feels good after every visit. As someone who used to be a groomer, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and commitment to clear communication. I only gave five stars because I can't give more!”
