“Interesting park with unique, partially reconstructed French fort. Very limited signage on the grounds. There is a small museum on site that tells a great history of the area. There were no guides at the fort when we were there on a holiday weekend which was unfortunate. Still a very scenic and unique historical site at a very rural location that tells an important story of early North American history. Seems like it could be so much more with additional resources.”

“This is a beautiful well maintained cemetery with graves dating back to the founding of Prairie du Rocher. It is a little way off from the center of town right next to the fields. The oldest graves are those with the iron crosses.”

“Great little small town store. Don't be surprised to find some fantastic specials or some items not at any typical stores! Jambalaya bratwurst!!! Yes!! Fantastic!!! You won't find your everyday finds like you would at your bigger stores and the price will be slightly higher (shouldn't be a surprise) but it has the necessities for a good price.”
