“Love this clinic it’s right here in my hometown verses, me traveling 45 minutes away like I used to for women health care services. Marion Reyes is the best she is the mid-wife that works for the clinic. She is very informative and makes you feel very comfortable because let’s face it most women hate this checkup with a passion!”

“Maple Creek Hospice cared for my father during his long battle with liver cancer. They made sure he had everything he needed to make his last 18 months of life comfortable, complete and care-free. They made sure he had the proper meds to alleviate pain, the equipment necessary to make his mobility easier, and the physical help to get his daily needs met without being a burden on my step mom. The doctors, nurses and staff of Maple Creek are top notch, and get things done in a loving, caring, and expedient manner. I HIGHLY recommend Maple Creek Hospice, located in Sparta, IL.”

“We had an employee named Laura. She was very friendly and super helpful. We went to one eye doctor and was not pleased at all. We went to the vision center and Laura was amazing. She was so informative. She helped adjust our son's glasses that he currently has to fit better and more comfortably on his face. She really took the time to make sure they were not going to slide or anything. Then when picking out new glasses from them she helped us find the ones that fit him best. He is only 3 that made it challenging but she did great. She was so patient and kind to our son which made the experience even better. I will definitely go back to them from now on.”

“Turn 65 years old and first thing they do on your appointment is put stuff in your eyes so everything I seen was blurry. Then they give you an eye exam. Nothing was clear, is this clearer now or now? It's was impossible to answer. Upon delivery & until this day I can only wear the new glasses 4 hours before they give me a headache, that is even after getting the original pair replace after another exam with out the blurry component. I was also told 5 times to schedule a cataract surgery, I took this information under advisement.”
