The crab stuffed mushrooms were phenomenal! The blackened red snapper was AMAZING. Honestly the best red snapper I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience including the ambiance. Great job team!! 👏🏾
(September 25, 2022, 8:15 am)Thee place to dine when in Springfield Illinois! We visit Springfield 3 times a year for our Elks State Convention and we eat at Chesapeake every time on Friday night
Food and drinks are exceptional and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quantity and quality. Michele was our waitress this time I did it fantastic job taking care of the 14 of us!
The ambience of the restaurant is phenomenal due to the fact that it’s well over 100 years in the making.
A must stop when in Springfield Illinois!
(May 11, 2022, 12:09 pm)Great evening dining experience for the whole family. Very nice building, with a very nice decor inside, with some cool sea and shipping items. The food is warm and very tasty, with options like chicken and other fare other than just their very good seafood. The staff is very polite, courteous and attentive. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Nice dining experience!
