“We have used American Pride Automotive many times for various problems and various vehicles. They keep us informed, discuss our options, take the time to explain and listen and we always feel that they are fair and provide great service! If they are not able to perform specific work that needs to be accomplished through a dealership, they are honest about it. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and we always work with people we know and can trust! Our most recent experience involved engine repairs for a Volvo SUV. The work was accomplished in a reasonable time period and we feel comfortable with the warranty. We understand exactly what work was done and why. We never feel pressured to add on more maintenance when we can only pay for one repair at a time. Great people and we are fortunate to be able to take all of our family vehicles to American Pride Automotive!”

“The negative reviews scared us away from this store until our conure's veterinarian strongly recommended that we stop in. I am disappointed that we did not check this place out sooner. We did not purchase a bird from them so I cannot speak to the animals that they raise and sell (though they all appeared healthy and the cages were spotless), but the toy selection is AMAZING and they have a dizzying amount of food and treat choices split into three separate aisles - plus a bulk section for nuts, etc. They have a whole area dedicated to foot toys which is something you don't often see. The regular toy selection was beyond impressive considering the size of the store overall and they carry good quality, safe toys across the board. We were personally greeted by Martha (the Owner), who is extremely outgoing and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to parrots. Take it from us, you should pay them a visit. Five stars!”

“Dr. Polly Knight has been my family doctor for the past 17 years or so. She has always done an excellent job taking care of me and my family. She is fantastic at making us feel taken care of and reassured no matter what the health situation. There is no doubt that she’s the best doc in VA! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and Tisha is a great nurse. She is always very friendly, easy to talk to and is a pro at taking blood. So far she has yet to miss my vein!”

“The old management team was absolutely horrible, in my opinion; they were rude and lazy. If it wasn’t for this new team, especially the office manager, they would have gotten a zero...The new office manager is awesome and gets four stars from me... They hired her for reason. She is friendly, respectful, patient and kind. She’s also very helpful and will make your experience with this company a very good one. Oh and the doctors are great; they offer really good prices on braces.”
