“I have went to Metro East Dermatology a few times over the last few years for different reasons. The overall experience is good. I really like the NP Jackie. I don’t think the PA is as personable as Jackie but I have only seen her once. I have had experiences with some of the front desk people who are really nice and about two that just seem like they don’t want to be at work. Everyone has their days though so maybe this was the case. I’m just really big on positive interactions. I feel like you receive what you give. But again, overall, I am satisfied with the care I get there.”

“Shout out to Front desk worker at nighttime Diane and morning Manager Dana …they were both so welcoming and accommodating! Had issues with booking a room online however I was immediately helped at the front desk and problems were solved! Place was very clean and comfortable to stay at. Would come back again. Excellent customer service.”
