Jill Johnston is amazing. She takes her time during appointments to really make sure she addresses your reason for the visit. She goes above and beyond to make your experience a good one. The staff is also very friendly and goes out of their way to keep the kiddos calm when they are nervous.

Great office staff, fast and friendly! My kids are always so comfortable when going to the doctor here. Jill is a great pediatrician! Highly recommend. They even got us in last minute on a horrible snow day (schools closed) to do a strep test.

Everyone is so kind to us at this office! Kind, compassionate people. When I heard Dr. Johnston switched to this location, I was thrilled. I had a bad experience with one of the doctors at her previous site and never went back. I immediately switched my four children back to her care at the new location. I’ve never waited long in the waiting room, or in the exam room. Dr. Johnston takes her time with my kids, is smart, and well spoken. I never feel rushed, and my concerns are treated with respect. I love that a variety of insurance plans are accepted including state insurance. I’m a foster parent and bringing kiddos entrusted to me to the same great doctor as my biological children has been such a relief. No more running around all over town for something as simple as a flu shot! Five stars all the way!!!

Dr Johnston has been our primary Pediatrician for 15 plus years. She has always given us her time, respect, and top notch care. She always explains clearly to me and my boys about any care they receive on the level my kids will understand. She has always been respectful of my questions, especially when I ask “why” and is able to give me the rationale. My kids are very comfortable in seeing Dr Johnston and Dr Ponciroli so we have no problem of recommending them and there professional care. Dr Johnston’s care, professionalism, and ability to relate to my boys even one in their teens is also why I will continue to let them care for my kids.
