“I had business today at the Cahokia Sewer And Code Enforcement departments, and the two ladies who helped me while I was there were just so kind and sweet. Joy and Rhonda both showed such professionalism and willingness to stay a couple of extra minutes to help me complete my business with their departments. Unfortunately, I had a completely disappointing experience at the Commonfields office, right after my pleasant experience with Joy and Rhonda. The staff I encountered today at Commonfields displayed a complete lack of interest, professionalism and courtesy and failed to follow through on a commitment made yesterday. The Commonfields website states that they close at 4:30, however customers are not assisted past 4:15pm. The woman I spoke with stated several times that she didn't have time to help me because she was "walking out the door at 4:30". It's a sad state of affairs in this particular department. The powers that be should consider bringing some of the staff from the Sewer and Code Enforcement departments to show this group what real customer service looks like.”
