“I just moved back to the Shiloh area , and bought a New Tradition homes house, I wasn't sure at first, because they were 20000.00 less the the builder across the street, but they were in the school district that I wanted to be in. I looked at several other new homes just to make sure, and I couldn't believe the quality and options that I was getting with there house compared to others. The realtor said they do a lot of upgrades that are standard, that you will pay for with the other builders, but they just don't allow a lot of customization. the builders did say that was spot on, and that was the reason he was able to offer the homes at such a lower price, they didn't need to have staff to manage changes and unlimited options( witch his house had more that any other builder close the the price range) . I am glad I when with New Tradition homes”
