“I've been seeing my counselor for a little over a year to help with something that has been a long time coming that I've been avoiding. My counselor has helped me so much with my grief, amongst other concerns, that I feel like she has assisted me in my recent achievements. For the longest time I avoided seeing a counselor because I figured I could handle things on my own and I was talking to my friends and family. However, she helped me understand a few things that even people who had known about my story for so long hadn't been able to recognize. I strongly advocate for anyone that feels they're in a tough spot, dark spot, whatever kind of spot to seek help with a counselor. My insurance luckily covers a big portion of the bill and for me to spend $25 a visit that has helped me tremendously is so worth it. I truly feel grateful that I was able to find this practice over a year ago and that it has given me the tools to help cope with grief, as well as everything else going on in my life. All I can truly say is thank you to the practice and my counselor!”

“The HSHS Medical Group facility in O'Fallon is very clean and organized. My appointment was scheduled online and I received several reminders with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. There were a few people in the waiting room when I arrived and I was greeted by reception as soon as I opened the door. The up front staff was very friendly and set me up quickly without having to complete any lengthy paperwork. They asked a few questions and took my picture to add to my profile and assist with ease of future check-ins. I waited approximately 5 minutes before Amy's assistant came to the front to get me and take me back to a room. She went over a handout they provide new patients showing how their "My Chart" system worked and some guidelines for office visits, asked me a few additional questions, took my weight and vitals and went to go let Amy know I was ready for her. I waited there for an additional 5 minutes and Amy came in. She looked over my information and asked a few additional questions then examined me. She listened to my concerns and was very attentive to helping resolve them. She ordered a full bloodwork panel to establish my general health and took me over to their in house lab where I was promptly assisted and on my way. I have never had any other physician order intial bloodwork for me. The results were also provided very promptly via the My Chart application the next day. I look forward to being a patient of hers.”

“Dr. Eric and Jessica are the best! I am a dentist and am leaning over patients all day, but Dr. Eric keeps my spine feeling good and in proper alignment so I can help my patients better and play with my two little girls more. Dr. Eric is a great listener, is very knowledgeable, and I can tell he truly cares about his patients' wellbeing. He will even give you pointers to help with your daily ergonomics so you don't need to come see him as often. Jessica is very friendly and they have great hours including Saturdays! They also have a massage therapist that can help even more with tense muscles from an injury or just the grind of daily life. I highly recommend Tri Force Chiropractic if you are in need of a great chiropractor to get you out of pain and keep you pain free!”
