“I truly, cannot say enough about how GREAT the ER staff was, from the greeter, nurses, doctor, techs, Cat scan tech, the registerer, the transporter & even security. ❤️❤️❤️ After the total nightmare I suffered at St. Elizabeth hospital on 2-26-21from 8:30pm to 12:30am I left there with absolutely no care, after 4 hours, feeling worse & a SERIOUS frustration of feeling, like they DID NOT care about their patients or one iota how they TREAT people!! Too Many reviews stated the same thought, it was very sad to see & experience. They have VERY SERIOUS ISSUES they NEED to address, I will NEVER go back there again. The ER staff at Memorial took care of me with dignity & respect. They did a BEYOND WONDERFUL job in treatment of my symptoms, finally made me comfortable with controlling my excruciating pain after my accident & worsening symptoms from car accident. The Staff was VERY caring & compassionate. They quickly got me in, started treatment, got the CAT scans, diagnosed me, which was very serious issues & they treated me like a person they wanted to make feel better. Thank you, thank you to ALL the ER Staff. Please share with them 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍 I know where to come if I ever need more medical care!!”

“Our trip started off a little rough at the holiday Inn. We were on a late night flight and called ahead to let them know we'd be checking in late, after midnight. We we're told no problem, we even check in online, but when we got to the hotel they told us we were marked as "no show". After a little back and forth we were able to get a room on the second floor. The room had a lingering odor of smoke which we told the staff the next day. They did offer for us to change to an available room, but I just wanted them to know so I didn't get billed. Other than that the room was decent enough for us and the kids. The TV had cartoon network and nickelodeon which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was fine, biscuits and gravy, bacon, make your own pancakes, and of course fruit and cereal. Good enough to get the family to start the day. The only other concern I had was the open parking lot that was surrounded by tall grass and man-made trails. It didn't even occur to me until one morning we came out to a couple of shady characters hanging out by our rental van. We were parked at the edge of the lot and there were no other cars around. Being a former resident of NPR, I was immediately reminded of the type of folks that could be using these trails. If you stay here I would recommend getting a spot closer to the building. Overall the room was decent for the area.”
