Air Base Storage

Neat and clean storage facility. Secure with plenty of cameras to keep watch. Customer service always top notch and fast response to any questions. I moved out recently but would 10/10 rent a unit from this place if I needed one again.

I am a former self storage business owner and I am now what some might call a handyman for self storage facilities. I have worked for Kenny and continue as needed. This is a gorgeous, clean and impressive facility. In addition, Kenny is a very impressive person. His attention to doing things right is completely inline with the correct way to run a storage business. I highly recommend if you're looking for self storage.

Kenny and his team are awesome. I first came to them about 6 or 7 months ago, when I was moving out of state and needed to store nearly all of my possessions. They were the most reasonably priced and VERY CLEAN at the time (as far as I know, they still are!). Now that I'm moving back, I quickly needed another unit to store the items I'm bringing back, until my new residence closes. Yesterday when I pulled in to unload, I realized Kenny was dealing with the aftermath of the severe winds earlier in the week. In spite of his attention being diverted with such a weighty manner, he took time to introduce himself to me, offer assistance and even lend me a handcart (which I hadn't planned to need, but the person I hired to help me unload, never showed). Then he helped me unload a desk which was too big for the cart. I'd say this was going way above and beyond AND sincerely appreciated. Let me add that I'm a senior citizen so the old body was feeling unloading a 15" truck and packing it in the unit!!!!! I'd highly encourage those who need a storage unit to contact Air Base Storage!

Loved being able to move into the unit immediately as I had a short notice change of plans and couldn’t wait to move into another storage that would take days and cost me $100 a day in keeping my rental truck. Customer service rep I spoke to was very helpful as well!
