“Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”
