“Our 11:30 am Appointment was changed while we were already on our way. Once we got there we waited about 20 in the chair before we got started with the requested REFLEXOLOGY FOOT MASSAGE. When it did start I had to inform or remind the lady what the appointment was for as she was starting a regular massage. Once we started the massage it was very good and very relaxing. We got our full hour that we paid for. However once we got to the counter to pay there was a problem with how much the tip was. She wanted more and when I told her I wasn't going to give her more she then asked my "husband" for the extra money. I didn't appreciate that at all. I won't be back, but thanks for the foot massage.”

“Dr. Kunsemiller and staff are amazing. Our daughter's braces were a bit more complicated than most and after having another orthodontist tell us our only option was to pull some of her teeth we decided to go see Dr. Kunsemiller for his opinion. Without hesitation he said we could try to save all of her teeth and now just under a year later we are nearing the end of treatment and without pulling teeth. His office is very casual and relaxed, never any wait for our appointments and his prices are much lower that the surrounding offices.”

“The negative reviews scared us away from this store until our conure's veterinarian strongly recommended that we stop in. I am disappointed that we did not check this place out sooner. We did not purchase a bird from them so I cannot speak to the animals that they raise and sell (though they all appeared healthy and the cages were spotless), but the toy selection is AMAZING and they have a dizzying amount of food and treat choices split into three separate aisles - plus a bulk section for nuts, etc. They have a whole area dedicated to foot toys which is something you don't often see. The regular toy selection was beyond impressive considering the size of the store overall and they carry good quality, safe toys across the board. We were personally greeted by Martha (the Owner), who is extremely outgoing and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to parrots. Take it from us, you should pay them a visit. Five stars!”

“The HSHS Medical Group facility in O'Fallon is very clean and organized. My appointment was scheduled online and I received several reminders with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. There were a few people in the waiting room when I arrived and I was greeted by reception as soon as I opened the door. The up front staff was very friendly and set me up quickly without having to complete any lengthy paperwork. They asked a few questions and took my picture to add to my profile and assist with ease of future check-ins. I waited approximately 5 minutes before Amy's assistant came to the front to get me and take me back to a room. She went over a handout they provide new patients showing how their "My Chart" system worked and some guidelines for office visits, asked me a few additional questions, took my weight and vitals and went to go let Amy know I was ready for her. I waited there for an additional 5 minutes and Amy came in. She looked over my information and asked a few additional questions then examined me. She listened to my concerns and was very attentive to helping resolve them. She ordered a full bloodwork panel to establish my general health and took me over to their in house lab where I was promptly assisted and on my way. I have never had any other physician order intial bloodwork for me. The results were also provided very promptly via the My Chart application the next day. I look forward to being a patient of hers.”
