“Texas Roadhouse are generally the same everywhere you go. Overall this location made some pretty good food. The wait time was acceptable and the food preparation time was good. Ordered the ribeye. They don't exactly see or the outside more cooked on a grill. It was seasoned correctly and cooked as I ordered. No gristle in the meat. Sides are all good. The only negatives I ran into was the sweet tea which was dreadfully not sweet. And the rolls which are the thing I look forward to the most, they were dry and very bread like. Generally the yeast rolls at all the other locations I've been to have been glistened with some butter on top. These really weren't quite what I was hoping for. They were okay just not as good as other locations tend to make. Overall it's a really busy location and they make good food. It's worth going to.”

“Great place to grab a drink with a wide selection of brews. They are always bringing new beers in, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding something to your taste. The bartenders are always friendly and they have a nice outside seating area with a fire pit. The room can get pretty loud when it’s busy on a weekend night, but it’s pretty chill during the week. They have what look to be some tasty food options. I’ve only ever gone there for drinks but the food always smells really good.”

Now I had to had lemon chicken since I left San Antonio in 1975 - there was a fast food place that was their specialty and it was really good! However, as I am now diabetic, I decided on the shrimp with lobster sauce and tried the beef in oyster sauce , both in pints. Now my intent was to sample both but... .. I ate it all and it was good for a little town like New Baden! I am glad I went out of my way to do so. Now if this cop across the road would quit watching...”

“I am a picky eater when it comes to pizza, so when my girlfriend and I tried Dewey's Pizza, I was a little hesitant. However, along with the excellent service we had and the quality of the pizzas, I can say that this is one of my new favorite pizza restaurants. I forgot our waitresses name, but that wasn't a problem because there were two others who attended to us as well. I was completely shocked! My girlfriend had the Southwest BBQ Chicken pizza with the Peppercorn Ranch salad while I had the Bronx Bomber pizza. They were so delicious that we had to take leftovers home with us, which tasted just as good. If you are ever bored and want to try a pizza restaurant with great quality, I highly recommend Dewey's Pizza in O'Fallon, IL. There is a large window in which you can see the cooks make pizzas from scratch which is also quite entertaining!”

Pandas drive through was open but the manager was kind enough to open the lobby for my students.
