(January 17, 2019, 12:21 pm)My vehicle broke down while on the way to visit family for the holiday break. I was very fortunate to have Jim tow my vehicle to McCoy's Tire & Auto to be fixed. Dave is also an incredible member of the team at this location. He called promptly the next business day to let me know what they had found and to provide details on the process that must be done to fix the issue. For me, my water pump had failed and after looking up the process on YouTube, I knew they had quite a big task ahead of them. They were kind enough to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. Dave stayed on top of updates when they were available keeping me informed along the way. My vehicle is up and running and while no one wants to visit a repairshop for unexpected reasons, I couldn't have been more fortunate to use McCoy's services.
(December 15, 2018, 11:06 am)Had a flat tire early on a Saturday morning at around 7 AM. I used the AAA App and they sent Austin with Mc Coy Serives, he arrived promptly and put my spare tire on my car quickly and even made sure to inflate the spare with extra air. Satisfied with my roadside service, I decided to take my car to their shop in Channahon for a new set of tires. Prices are very fair and was provided a $15 discount on my alignment. Dave was very knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff provided frequent updates on the progress of my vehicle, top notch service.
(September 16, 2018, 10:18 pm)Traveling home to Michigan and got a flat tire. When my roadside assistance couldn’t fix it they sent Jeff L from McCoy Services Inc. He went out of his way to get me back on the road when all tire places were closing and saved me on having to spend money on a hotel for the night. McCoy Tire and Services also charged me with a reasonable priced tire for my convenience of a Sunday flat. Thanks!!!
(September 9, 2018, 8:07 pm)Yesterday my truck broke down on me so, I called AAA and they sent Jeff from McCoy's. He arrived incredibly quick and was very kind and polite. Being from out of state and stranded he went above and beyond giving me a lift back to my hotel which I know he did not have to do. It was definitely the easiest and most pleasant towing experience I have had thus far. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you happen to get Jeff you will not be disappointed!
