“My vehicle broke down while on the way to visit family for the holiday break. I was very fortunate to have Jim tow my vehicle to McCoy's Tire & Auto to be fixed. Dave is also an incredible member of the team at this location. He called promptly the next business day to let me know what they had found and to provide details on the process that must be done to fix the issue. For me, my water pump had failed and after looking up the process on YouTube, I knew they had quite a big task ahead of them. They were kind enough to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. Dave stayed on top of updates when they were available keeping me informed along the way. My vehicle is up and running and while no one wants to visit a repairshop for unexpected reasons, I couldn't have been more fortunate to use McCoy's services.”

Once again I was very happy with the service they gave and Customer Service gets an A++. I had a few things that needed to get done but No High pressure push.
