“This is the first time that I've used Van Dam. The catalytic converter had been stolen from my Hyundai Tucson. Jim took the car in immediately. I asked him to check the brakes and do an oil change in addition to replacing the catalytic converter. He called to tell me that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced but the rear were almost like new. I was surprised when he told me when I could pick the car up. It was less than 24 hours since I dropped it off. I also consider the pricing to be reasonable. I am very happy with the work that they did. I addition to all that, Jim is very personable. I felt comfortable and trusting. I highly recommend using Jim Van Dam for your auto repair needs. I know I will.”

“We lost our alternator on the way to Kansas City at closing time for most all businesses. Good Guys came and gave us a jump and got us to "his" shop/garage. Good Guys fixed our alternator, checked our oil, fixed the nail that we picked up on our tire and got us on our way by 10 the next morning! “These guys saved my family's cross country trip! No one else had parts and wouldn't replace my blown out bearings. They got me back on the road in a jiffy. I can't say enough about these guys. Mike and the entire service team are amazing. Genuinely good guys. They even helped me hook up my breakaway brake connection better as I was hitching up and gave me a new hook (no charge and I didn't even ask). I wish I lived closer...I'd go to them all the time and definitely buy a new RV there. To many places today want to get them off the lot and not service them properly. GREAT PEOPLE!!!”
