She kills at the front desk 😊. Anna, my PT who helped me tremendously, is awesome. An angel in disguise really. I was in horrible pain for few years, straight nightmare. Was referred to Goodlife, met Anna, and things changed for the better. No one was able to solve my mystery pain, but she did. Give her as much information about your pain/issue, ask questions, communicate how your body responds to each individual exercise, and DO YOUR EXERCISES AT HOME.
