“Our upright freezer did not appear to be working, so I quickly googled “appliance repair” and Suburban Appliance Repair popped up. I explained the issue we were having and much to my surprise, I was told that he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. This was at 5:30 PM on a Thursday night. I couldn’t believe he was going to come out right away, but I was very thankful. I apologized for having him waste his time, but thanked him for fusilli for making the trip out here. He still tested the outlet and told me what the likely issue was. So now I know what to tell an electrician to look for. Even though he ended up not doing any work for me, I would highly recommend this company. He clearly knows how to treat customers the right way. I will not hesitate to call him in the future, should the need arise.”
