“Dr. Evans is the best! I was looking for a PCP since I got new insurance and she came up in the list of providers within my insurance network. She’s super nice, you can tell she cares for her patients and wants the best for them. I had to get a physical for school and ran into some extra tests I had to get done and I reached out to her on mychart and she got back to me pretty quick and placed an order for the tests to be done at the lab for me. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a new PCP or looking to change. You won’t regret it!”

“Brought my autistic, nonverbal 4 year old son in this morning with a cough. They were so kind, gentle and understanding with assessing him. Doctor visits are not always easy with a special needs kiddo that doesn’t quite understand what’s going on, but this facility was beyond fantastic! They were quick but thorough, and just wonderfully caring. I really can’t say enough how about how satisfied I was with the entire experience. I’m so impressed with the staff. I would highly recommend this place. Again, just a wonderful staff of kind people and I could not be more pleased with how my son was cared for.”

“It was recommended by my 2nd opinion to consult with a 3rd opinion on a possible surgical fix to the original surgery I had on my foot. I chose Dr. Toolan after several reviews of each foot doc at Elmhurst (and this took lots of time). Dr Toolan consulted with my 2nd opinion Dr and read my medical records prior to my visit but still wanted to hear, in my own words, the timeline from original surgery to what led me to him. He took notes, listened, examined my foot, read the x-rays his staff took and began to give me his accessmemt of my situation. He gave me two outcomes if he corrected the issues and when I asked he gave me his HONEST opinion. Even though, I didn't like the answer, we both agreed not to proceed with additional surgery. I give 4 stars because he is straight to the point, not a warm personality and you can't talk to the office only the hospital appt desk. I WOULD still recommend Dr. Toolan”
